About Us
In 2006 Yarnteen Ltd established Yarnteen College to address the accredited and non accredited training needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members and groups.
Yarnteen College aims to increase access and quality participation in Vocational Education and Training for Indigenous Australians equal to those of the rest of the community.
Yarnteen College provides accredited and non accredited training which recognises the needs of the Indigenous community as well as focus on industry areas with potential growth in employment for Indigenous people.

Yarnteen College is a Registered Training Organisation with national accredition under the NSW Vocational Education Training Advisory Board.
In addition to our primary purpose of training and up skilling Aboriginal people Yarnteen College has taken a step in reconciliation by providing accredited, non accredited and cultural awareness training to non Indigenous Australians.
Governance
Yarnteen College have a board of 7 Aboriginal directors with a wealth of experience in providing training, employment and social services to Aboriginal communities.
